KRM22 hires Steve Sparke 03 December 2019London Reporter: Becky Bellamy

KRM22 has appointed Steve Sparke as a non-executive director, replacing Matt Reed, who is stepping down to focus on other business commitments.
Sparke has more than 30 years of experience in the exchange-traded derivatives and commodity industry with board-level experience.
Previously, Sparke served as COO of Marex Spectron, where he was responsible for the firm’s operating environment including operations, risk, compliance and HR.
Keith Todd, executive chairman of KRM22, commented: "All the team would like to thank Matt for his valuable contributions since KRM22's IPO and we wish him well for the future.
