Joe Barnes rejoins BNY Mellon from Deutsche Bank

BNY Mellon has appointed Joe Barnes as business development executive, financial institutions, asset servicing, based in New York. Barnes joins BNY Mellon from Deutsche Bank where he most recently worked as managing director, head of securities services Americas. At Deutsche Bank, he also worked as managing director, head of global sales and relationship management Americas, investor services and managing director, head of sales and relationship management Asia Pacific global transaction bank, among other roles. Barnes has worked at BNY Mellon previously, serving as vice president, North America bank sales and relationship management between 2002 to 2004. In his various roles, Barnes has been based in Boston, New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
