Wolters Kluwer launches new professional services offering

Wolters Kluwer’s finance, risk and reporting (FRR) business has launched a professional services solution for ongoing software management and maintenance in the Americas.

The OneSumX FRR solution aims to help regional clients leverage private cloud environments for their risk and reporting structures, as well as improving the efficiency of system performance.

Devised by the firm’s FRR functional and technical team, the consultancy service includes automatic updates, remote management and on-demand services to ensure greater focus on clients’ core banking requirements.

Todd Lawrence, general manager of Wolters Kluwer FRR, Americas, explained: “Business today relies on complex databases to house data critical to the operation and integrity of their regulatory reporting obligations. Having consultants that are current with regulatory and technology changes across a large client base allows us to offer solutions that stay ahead of the ever-changing regulatory landscape.”

“We look forward to working with client IT teams to implement new, or migrate an existing, OneSumX FRR infrastructure to a client’s private cloud. Once the solution is in production in a cloud environment, we offer hands-free remote monitoring and maintenance of the OneSumX FRR solution.”

The OneSumX FRR solution is part of Wolters Kluwer’s wider portfolio of value-added services, including performance and monitoring of regulatory infrastructure targets.
