TrustQuay has launched the first fully automated and integrated onboarding solution for trust administration and corporate service providers.
Developed with identity verification and fraud prevention company GBG, the fully automated onboarding experience will feature built-in identification verification against a document database and biometric validation, as well as a full audit trail in order to efficiently meet know-your-customer and anti-money laundering requirements.
The onboarding solution is part of a significant upgrade to TrustQuay Portal, originally launched in November 2020, alongside enhanced two-way messaging and document sharing between corporate services and trust administrators, and customisable automated data collection under the TrustQuay NavOne and 5Series systems.
Keith Hale, executive chairman of TrustQuay, says: “This new version of the TrustQuay Portal enables service providers to offer an end-client digital onboarding experience, without the need for long complex integration projects of generic third-party tools.”
He adds, “Leveraging the best-in-class digital onboarding capabilities of GBG, this is another significant step forward in automating and digitalising the industry.”
