CACEIS partners with FundGlobam to better clients’ fund distribution support

CACEIS and FundGlobam, the European fund distribution service, have partnered to offer asset management companies a range of fund distribution support solutions for domestic and international due diligence purposes.

The partnership aims to bolster CACEIS and FundGlobam’s clients’ business development efforts in both domestic and international markets.

The all-in solutions, which span the entire fund distribution value chain, are fully integrated into FundGlobam’s DiGital platform and FundGlobam’s B2B platform.

The solutions on offer include distribution strategy services with knowledge of market
characteristics, trends, participants and regulatory frameworks in more than 80
countries to identify the most appropriate targets.

The services also help clients to operate in each target market, including a turnkey service for launching funds in new markets, operational support and oversight of distribution in foreign markets, as well as counterparty monitoring, including due diligence.

In addition, the range of solutions provides development support to help clients reach investors in target markets by facilitating access to local networks of distributors and intermediaries.

Joe Saliba, deputy chief executive of CACEIS, says: “This partnership between CACEIS and FundGlobam, with its recognised expertise in distribution markets, will enable our clients to seize development opportunities and choose the solutions that best fit their organisation and growth strategy.”

Yves Tambour, founder and managing director of FundGlobam, comments: “Thanks to our FundGlobam DiGital online solution, CACEIS’ clients will be able to access personalised fund distribution support services in all markets where they want to operate.”
