Link Group has been selected as fund administrator, registrar and company secretary by Life Science REIT following the investment trust’s £350 million initial public offering in November 2021.
Life Science REIT invests in a diversified portfolio within the life science sector, such as companies involved in the innovation, development and production of assets for human health purposes.
Under the mandate, the technology and information solutions group will offer a suite of services across its businesses to consolidate Life Science REIT’s activities.
As part of Link Fund Solutions (the group’s service provider of administrative, regulatory and support services to investment funds), Link Alternative Fund Administrators will provide fund administration services.
Company Matters, part of Link Group, will act as company secretary, while the corporate markets team will provide registrar services across human resources, investor relations and company secretarial functions.
