CACEIS UK has joined the Pensions Management Institute’s (PMI) Academy Partnership for 2022, in an effort to drive forward its educational drive on sustainable governance.
The initiative aims to help pension schemes and trustees navigate the evolving regulatory environment and help protect member pension pots.
Joining the PMI Academy Partnership follows CACEIS’ commitment over the past few years to deliver educational and informative insight to accelerate the pension industry’s understanding on climate risks, together with environmental, social and governance issues and cost transparency.
As part of its education initiatives, CACEIS has launched a podcast series to help pension trustees get to grips with climate risk impacts facing their schemes.
The CACEIS Climate Change Briefing podcast focuses on sustainability, climate and environmental experts.
Commenting on the initiative, Pat Sharman, country managing director UK at CACEIS, comments: “To reinforce our educational commitment, we are delighted to be part of the PMI Academy partnership for 2022. We want to engage with schemes and trustees, offering great insight so they can make a positive difference to their scheme, their members and society.”
