Crestbridge has expanded its corporate services team with the appointment of Luke Hamill as director of corporate and capital markets.

Based in London, Hamill will be responsible for developing Crestbridge’s capital markets propositions.

With more than two decades of experience in the international real estate industry, Hamill has spent the last six years based in Abu Dhabi working for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).

Prior to ADIA, Hamill worked in London, serving at private equity real estate investment firm Ares Management Ltd across pan-European real estate funds.

Hamill’s hiring at Crestbridge comes after the appointment of Martin Lambert as group head, corporate and capital markets.

Commenting of Hamill’s new role, Lambert says: “Luke’s knowledge and experience are an invaluable addition to the team, having worked with corporate, fund, and real estate structures across multiple jurisdictions for more than two decades, spanning financings, fund formations, joint ventures, and acquisitions and disposals.”

Hamill adds: “This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining Crestbridge, which is focused on bringing sophisticated, expert, and client-centric solutions to the corporate and real estate capital markets sector and I look forward to collaborating with colleagues across the business to develop our comprehensive service proposition to further complement our existing institutional and family office services.”
