Apex has launched the Financial Services Disruptor Forum in partnership with the Digital Leadership Forum (DLF).
The forum brings together industry leaders to deliver a series of exclusive interactive events, expert panel discussions, and workshops.
The platforms are designed to catalyse positive change in the industry and engage with topical subjects and trends which are driving the financial services industry forward.
Apex is vocal about its purpose to drive positive change and lead the industry, not only through service innovation, but through its focus on women’s empowerment, the environment and social mobility, the group says.
The forum is part of a wider effort to empower and inspire financial services leaders, enabling decision-makers to share their challenges and solutions, fostering an environment of collaboration for a more sustainable and agile future, it adds.
The forum is led by a steering committee comprised of representatives from, but not limited to, the Bank of England, Starling Bank, Barclays, Canada Life, Clifford Chance, CMS, Coutts and Standard Chartered Bank.
Commenting on the new forum, Rosie Guest, chief marketing and communications officer, comments: “We want to challenge the way the sector thinks about change, whether that be around social mobility and inclusivity, improving gender disparity and equity for minority groups, how it drives the agenda on sustainability, or the way in which it services clients in a more nimble, agile and digital-first way.”
She adds: “It is about bringing together the change leaders and disruptors, across our industry, and outside, to learn, push the boundaries and challenge one another to do better, both in terms of ESG and operationally. We believe the industry needs to change faster, and we are proud to consider ourselves a disruptor for positive change.”
