Professional services firm TMF Group and process management company Governance.com have partnered to further accelerate digital governance.
The mandate will allow TMF Group access to screening and compliance security — supporting evidence and risk-based operational monitoring to meet regulatory requirements.
Through the partnership, key process automations will be identified, vetted and implemented in rapid succession, by efficiently connecting existing and new technologies and tools, says TMF Group.
TMF Group has 120 offices in 85 jurisdictions worldwide and serves corporates, financial institutions, asset managers, private clients and family offices. It provides accounting, tax, payroll, fund administration, compliance and entity management services.
Governance.com digitalises the asset management industry with a low-code process and data management platform for regulated companies.
