Ultimus Fund Solutions (Ultimus) has appointed Shannon Thibeaux-Burgess as senior vice president of relationship management.
Based in Boston, Thibeaux-Burgess will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships as Ultimus’ client base continues to grow.
The role also covers assisting asset management clients with expanding product line-ups for investors.
With more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Thibeaux-Burgess specialises in servicing mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, executive management, and The Investment Company Act of 1940 regulatory administration services.
Prior to Ultimus, Thibeaux-Burgess served as vice president of regulatory services at JP Morgan, and was previously chief administrative officer on the fund administration legal team at State Street.
