Broadridge has appointed Stephen Johnston as managing director of client delivery operations for their Fund Communications Solutions (FCS) business.

In the role, Johnston will be responsible for FCS’s global client servicing operations. Supported by FCS teams in Ireland, the UK, India and Poland, service leads will be his direct reports.

Johnston has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services. He joins Broadridge from State Street after a 24 year tenure. Most recently, he held the role of CEO of International Fund Service Ireland.

Arun Sarwal, CEO of Broadridge FCS, says: “I am delighted to welcome Stephen to the team. His appointment will bring a wealth of experience in operational improvement and client relationship management, building on our already leading deep fund expertise, agile technology and client-focused values.

“We look forward to having Stephen add to our strong leadership team and driving Broadridge FCS’ success in supporting fund data, document production and distribution, and regulatory reporting needs.”
