Ogier has appointed Marie-Claire Fudge as a partner in its British Virgin Island (BVI) in Europe division. The team offers 24-hour BVI law advice globally.
Fudge has more than 15 years of experience in BVI law, joining Ogier as a corporate and funds lawyer in 2008. After more than four years serving as head of funds for BVI at professional services business Mourant, she returned to Ogier as a counsel in 2017.
In addition, Fudge advises on BVI fund formation, legal and regulatory compliance and corporate transactions. She specialises in regulatory applications to the BVI Financial Service Commission, made in relation to financial services mergers and acquisitions and regulatory changes.
