Philippines-based financial services provider AB Capital Group has chosen SS&C’s Technologies Holdings’ SS&C Aloha to launch and expand its private wealth business, along with replacing its trust division’s legacy systems.

The platform will help to support AB Capital Group’s growth and drive its investment operations, SS&C says.

SS&C Aloha will provide AB Capital Group with intelligent technologies to build their front-, middle- and back-office operations. Using a single data model, open microservices architecture and front-to-back digital capabilities, the platform reduces cost, risk and technical complexity.

Chrissi Morillo, managing director at AB Capital Private Wealth, says: “We aim to redefine and advance the wealth experience here in the Philippines with our new private wealth group. SS&C Aloha will help streamline the end-to-end wealth processes, reduce risks, strengthen compliance and support an excellent customer journey.”

Christy Bremner, senior vice president and general manager at SS&C Technologies, adds: “We are pleased that Aloha’s feature-rich and innovative capabilities will deliver the tools and technology to help AB Capital enhance their effectiveness, meet their goals to expand and grow their business. We look forward to supporting the growing wealth management industry in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.”
