Generali Real Estate (Generali) has selected Fenergo’s SaaS-based client lifecycle management (CLM) solution to address new European regulations and enhance client onboarding experiences.
Generali Real Estate will leverage Fenergo’s SaaS CLM solution, across eight European countries to digitally onboard new clients and counterparties to real estate transactions. Generali is the first real estate company in Italy to adopt Fenergo’s CLM solution for its onboarding and anti-money laundering (AML) due diligence processes.
Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Fenergo was established in 2008 and specialises in KYC and AML software solutions.
Samah Mohamed, chief agility officer at Generali says: “Our goal is to ensure our clients and counterparties experience minimum disruption [by having] their identities verified quickly and without friction, while allowing our employees to automate regulatory processes.”
Stella Clarke, chief strategy and marketing officer at Fenergo, adds: “The real estate sector faces a growing need to carry out enhanced AML and KYC due diligence. Our SaaS CLM solution ensures that Generali Real Estate can be up and running with a digital end-to-end onboarding and KYC solution quickly [while gaining] adequate transparency on counterparties, while ensuring client expectations for low-touch, digital interactions are met.”
