New Zealand-based trust and estate planning company Perpetual Guardian has partnered with technology provider TrustQuay.
Through the technology agreement, TrustQuay will offer a single, fully-automated solution for Perpetual Guardian’s clients. The company’s existing software systems will be integrated into TrustQuay’s NavOne system which, according to TrustQuay, increases efficiency and reduces overall operational costs and risks.
Perpetual Guardian will also onboard TrustQuay Portal, through which clients can gain secure and controlled access to information about their entities and wealth trust assets from any device and at any time.
Patrick Gamble, CEO of Perpetual Guardian, says: “With New Zealand in the early stages of the biggest intergenerational wealth transfer the world had seen, it is important to us to continually look at ways we can improve our systems and processes.
“NavOne will support our business growth while allowing us to replace a number of outdated or obsolete applications and provide us with a sound technology roadmap.”
Keith Hale, executive chairman of TrustQuay, adds: “We look forward to collaborating closely with Perpetual Guardian to digitalise their business and client interaction and support their future growth plans.”
