Apex Group (Apex) has appointed Dan Page as global head of product for advisory and capital raising solutions.

In the London-based role, Page is responsible for Apex’s advisory and capital raising (ACR) services, including fund distribution, marketing outsourcing and digital retail investment sub-brands.

Page has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on capital markets and alternative asset management advisory services. He joins Apex from KPMG Ireland, where he was head of asset management advisory.

Commenting on his appointment, Page says: “I am excited to build on the existing component parts in the group to create one effective entity and approach for the whole global alternative assets ecosystem. Establishing ACR uniquely positions Apex to deliver centralised strategy and the global marketplace to its clients. We have both the toolkit and the ambition to deliver a truly unique advisory led solution to the global capital raising question.”

Peter Hughes, founder and CEO of Apex, says: “We are delighted to begin 2023 with the launch of our combined advisory and capital raising unit, spearheaded by Dan. By bringing our advisory and capital raising solutions together, we are simplifying the message to the market and integrating our acquired services and products under a connected offering to enhance client experience and understanding of our single-source solution.”
