Real estate investment fund sponsor Wander has selected Phoenix American to provide transfer agent, fund accounting and back-office operational services.
Wander is creating a global network of short-term rental smart homes, with the Wander Atlas REIT providing investors with competitive investment returns in the emerging sector.
Through the partnership, Wander will benefit from Phoenix American’s STAR-XMS shareholder management and transfer agent system and the firm’s long standing experience in the alternative investment real estate funds sector.
The announcement follows Phoenix American’s recent partnership with AC Capital, which chose the firm to provide fund services to its MJ REIT fund.
