HDI Global appoints Konstantinos Semertzoglou as branch head in Greece 30 March 2023Greece Reporter: Jenna Lomax

HDI Global has appointed Konstantinos Semertzoglou (pictured) as executive manager of its Athens office.
Semertzoglou will replace Notis Vagiakakos who has held the role for nearly 20 years.
Subject to approval by regulatory authorities, Semertzoglou will take over leadership of the Greek branch on 1 July 2023. Vagiakakos will act as a consultant thereafter.
Semertzoglou has held different positions in the Greek insurance industry for more than 25 years. He joins HDI Global from Groupama Asfalistiki, where he served as commercial director, responsible for the sales network and customer service.
Commenting on his new role, Semertzoglou says: “Together with my experienced team at HDI we will find tailor-made solutions for clients and be a reliable partner for the Greek industry.”
