Versity Invest picks Phoenix American’s fund administration services

Alternative investment company Versity Invest (Versity) has selected Phoenix American to provide fund administration services to its real estate funds.

Versity holds 38 properties in its portfolio, with a total value of close to US $1.65 billion. The firm manages almost $1 billion in investor equity investments and invests across the value chain.

Through the partnership, Versity will benefit from Phoenix American’s customer service focus and alternative investment fund administration experience.

Phoenix American’s investor services platform includes the STAR-XMS shareholder management and transfer agent system, with the company’s integrated fund accounting and customised investor services offerings.

Andrew Constantin, chief operating officer at Phoenix American, says: “Versity takes an investor-centered approach to real estate investment, and investor satisfaction is at the center of everything we do at Phoenix American. We look forward to working hand-in-hand with Versity.”
