Michael Gray returns to BBH

Michael Gray has been appointed head of alternative transfers agency at Brown Brother Harriman (BBH), based in Boston.

Gray has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, most recently serving as senior manager at equity management software firm Carta.

Prior to this, he spent more than 13 years with BBH in a number of roles, including head of alternatives client service and department head of alternatives.

Earlier in his career, Gray was an account manager at Citco and held an assistant vice president role for operations at State Street.

Commenting on his appointment via LinkedIn, Gray says: “Although I already miss my colleagues and clients at Carta so much, I’m thrilled to be back in the Boston office and connecting with so many BBH colleagues, friends, and clients again!”
