PIVOT Management Consulting and AlfaSec Advisors have established an alliance to deliver strategic planning for financial services companies and investors expanding their activities into India and Singapore.

Mumbai-based PIVOT Management Consulting was formed by Viraj Kulkarni, former Morgan Stanley head of operations and country head of securities services for India at BNP Paribas Securities Services, for India and Switzerland at Citi, and for India at J.P. Morgan WSS.

The company is headquartered in Mumbai, with a presence in Cyprus and has partnerships with firms active in Canada, Mauritius, the UK, South Africa, Luxembourg and Hong Kong.

AlfaSec Advisors was created by Roger Harrold, previously Deutsche Bank’s global head of domestic securities and investor services, and Philippe Metoudi, former Clearstream executive board member and chair of the Clearstream Market Committee.

It works predominantly with companies linked to the fund management sector, particularly with offshore companies looking to establish a legal entity in Singapore. Alongside business advisory and corporate governance expertise, Alfasec can provide qualified industry directors to support those legal entities.

Both PIVOT and AlfaSec are members of the Securities Services Advisory Group (TSSAG), the alliance of consulting companies with specialist expertise in the securities services sector.
