Risk management advisory and technical solutions provider Chatham Financial has appointed Jennifer McLellan as managing director of the global over-the-counter (OTC) derivative instruments, ISDA and regulatory practice.
McLellan joins Chatham from law firm Dickinson Minto, where she was head of derivatives. She established a practice at the firm in 2011, and has advised market participants including private equity sponsors, corporates and investment fund board managers on end-user legal and regulatory issues surrounding derivatives.
Commenting on her appointment, McLellan says: “Chatham is unrivalled in the market for their scale and coverage. I am excited to join such a high calibre advisory team and I look forward to bringing my knowledge to Chatham for the benefit of our clients.”
