Apex acquires Retransform from Annet

Apex has acquired global real estate service provider Retransform from software company Annet (The Annet Group).

Retransform offers prop technology, technology solutions and business managed services to commercial, retail, residential and corporate real estate customers. Apex says the acquisition will allow it to provide services across the entire lifecycle of real estate investment funds for both existing and new clients. Apex will also aim to drive positive environmental change in the real estate industry.

As part of the mandate, Apex and Annet will develop data analytics, valuation, and digital twins for real estate through leveraging Retransform’s existing software platforms: 4See Analytics, Valere and Secure.

Retransform’s platform Secure collects and analyses environmental factors across built assets to help support the real estate sector to reduce energy usage.

Peter Hughes, founder and CEO of Apex, says: “We continue to build Apex's technological capabilities through strategic acquisitions, innovation and partnerships with market leading providers. We are pleased to announce our agreement to acquire Retransform, a clear leader in the development and implementation of solutions for the real estate industry which will enable us to remain at the forefront of the technology evolution within our industry.”

Rohan Bulchandani, founder of Retransform and Annet, comments: “Retransform has been fortunate to serve the real estate industry for almost 25 years. We're thrilled to be joining Apex which shares our values and will fuel our growth. Apex’s single-source solution aligns with our focus on efficiency while improving client productivity.”
