Independent private capital fund administrator Gen II has acquired Crestbridge to expand its global jurisdictional reach.
With the addition of Crestbridge’s private equity and real estate fund administration business, Gen II aims to expand its global service and product capabilities, particularly in Jersey, Ireland and the UK.
Crestbridge provides a range of outsourced administration, accounting, corporate governance and compliance services. The firm has private markets expertise, which includes private equity, real estate, private credit, infrastructure and venture capital knowledge.
