Apex has acquired IP Fund Managers Guernsey (IPFMG), an investment management company, as part of an effort to strengthen its Guernsey-based ManCo offerings.
IPFMG is an established ManCo, which has operated unit trust funds in Guernsey for more than 15 years. It also has experience in collective investment scheme management across multiple jurisdictions.
As part of the mandate, IPFMG’s clients will have access to Apex’s digital banking, depositary and custody solutions services.
Apex Group’s existing ManCo services, delivered under the FundRock brands, enable more than 1200 funds in 12 countries to streamline their operations.
FundRock’s existing Guernsey business offers fund management services including AIFMD and UCITS solutions for advisors and boards, together with principal management, risk management and support services for fund managers.
