Broadridge Financial Solutions has launched Broadridge Communications Cloud, an end-to-end digital communications platform.
The new product is designed to enhance customer experience, with financial intermediaries able to deliver data-centric insights to investors.
On the platform, essential communications including confirmations, statements and corporate actions can be created, delivered and managed. By using bidirectional communications and facilitating personalised, contextualised user experiences, firms using the Communications Cloud will benefit from improved investor engagement and operational efficiencies, Broadridge says.
Additionally, the platform is intended to help boost digital adoption. This is particularly prescient given the results from a recent Broadridge study, which found that more than half of financial services firms rank digital transformation as the most important strategic initiative.
