Ogier Global has appointed David Fowler as head of fund administration for Europe.

Ogier Global is Ogier’s corporate, fiduciary and fund administration services business. It works closely with Ogier’s legal teams to administer vehicles spanning the cross-border corporate, fiduciary and fund administration landscape.

Based in London, Fowler will be responsible for leading Ogier’s fund administration proposition across Europe.

He will focus on driving the growth and development of the business as well as exploring further opportunities to expand Ogier Global’s offering to new markets.

Fowler brings more than 15 years’ experience in the cross-border fund and real estate landscape. Previously, Fowler led the private equity team for the UK-based global fund administration business, Sanne.

Prior to this, he worked for eight years in Asia and held a three-year tenure as treasurer and board member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

Chris Day, global head of fund administration at Ogier Global, says: “We are continuing to drive forward our ambitious strategy to provide fund managers with integrated, seamless, multijurisdictional administration support. David’s appointment forms a critical part of that strategy.

“His knowledge of the European private equity and real estate landscape, together with his international experience, means that he will play a key role as we evolve our proposition further in the years ahead.”
