Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) has appointed Sarah O’Donnell as CEO and office head for BBH London.
In the role, O’Donnell will be responsible for the management and oversight of the firm’s investor services business and will lead the company’s value proposition in the UK. She will also maintain her existing responsibilities as head of client services in Europe.
O’Donnell has been with BBH since 1997, and has served in a number of senior roles such as head of relationship management in London and head of client service in Ireland.
She is currently director of the BBH board, part of the BBH board of managers in Luxembourg and a member of BBH Fund Administration Services’ audit and risk and compliance committees.
Commenting on her appointment, O’Donnell says: “I’m delighted to take on this role and to drive the strategic direction of our London office as part of our globally coordinated investor services business. We are committed to investing in our people and technologies, and to delivering subject matter expertise, superior client service and technology solutions to our clients as they navigate complex global markets.”
