Taryn Siglain has been named as global head of Financing Solutions at State Street. In her new role, she will be responsible for Agency Lending, Prime Services, and Secured (repo) Financing businesses.

Siglain has worked at State Street since 2023 and was previously head of Prime Services.

Prior to joining the firm, Siglain spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently as head of Americas secured funding trading and collateral optimisation. She has also held various positions across client financing strategy, investor relations, and corporate treasury capital management.

Siglain will officially succeed Gino Timperio at the end of June and report to the head of Global Markets, Tony Bisegna.

On Siglain’s new role, Bisegna comments: "As client needs continue to change and evolve, it is critical for our Markets business that we have the most impactful team structure in place to support the needs of our clients. Taryn's wealth of industry experience in client facing roles, strategy as well as overseeing trading businesses makes her well suited for this position."

Siglain says: "I am honoured and excited to lead these talented teams and to work collaboratively across our organisation, deepening relationships with key stakeholders and delivering on our business objectives for our clients."
