The Maples Group has hired Iryna Vale as vice president, expanding its fiduciary services department in London.
In this role, Vale will be responsible for the UK corporate secretarial team.
Vale joins the firm from TMF Group, where she spent nine years. Most recently, she was head of corporate secretarial services for the UK and Ireland.
