Roz Smith has been hired as the chief operating officer of Broadridge International.
In this role, Smith will be responsible for scaling and growing Broadridge globally, and delivering customer service in EMEA and APAC regions. She will report to Mike Sleightholme, president of Broadridge International.
Sleightholme welcomes Smith, saying: "We are thrilled to welcome Roz to help accelerate the ongoing growth and transformation of Broadridge International, where she will help expand our client relationships and footprint across financial markets while advancing the customer experience and optimising our operational efficiency throughout all areas of our international business.”
Smith joins from HSBC, where she spent 18 years and most recently served as head of strategy and change management in the non-financial risk team of the bank’s markets and securities services division.
