Vistra has partnered with Fenergo, aiming to deliver frictionless global onboarding.
Vistra’s Global Incorporations team aims to deploy Fenergo’s SaaS-based client lifecycle management (CLM) product to digitally transform processes for global entity onboarding, know your customer (KYC) and ongoing due diligence.
Fenergo’s end-to-end API-first solution aims to digitalise and accelerate onboarding journeys for Vistra’s Global Incorporations’ clients, while ensuring their compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
