IQ-EQ hires Hijazin as Managing Director for activities in Belgium

IQ-EQ has appointed Philippe Hijazin as managing director for activities in Belgium.

In his new role, Hijazin will oversee activities in Belgium and work closely with the wider commercial and regional leadership teams to achieve the group’s strategic growth objectives for the country.

As managing director, he will work closely with Diana Senanayake, regional CEO for Continental Europe, with the responsibility to align business opportunities across the jurisdiction.

Prior to joining IQ-EQ, Hijazin most recently served as a director for Deloitte Consulting. As director, he delivered transformational engagements in asset management, private equity and advisory services for real estate.

He also has experience in managing client relationships and leading operations in multicultural and cross-functional environments.

Commenting on his new role, Hijazin says: “I’m excited to join the IQ-EQ Continental Europe team as the new managing director for Belgium. The Belgian market presents a wealth of opportunities, and I’m confident that we’ve the right team and strategy in place to deliver market-leading solutions for our clients.”

Speaking about the move, Senanayake says: “We’re continuing to grow our business in Continental Europe, and Philippe’s appointment will drive commercial opportunities for the region. With his experience and track record, he’ll make a valuable member of our regional senior leadership team.”
