TMF Group has added Charlie Netherton to its executive committee as chief transformation officer.
He will be responsible for strategic change initiatives across the organisation and will report to CEO Mark Well.
Netherton has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry and has held senior positions at Marsh and COMAC Capital. He began his career at Oliver Wyman.
Netherton states: “As we look towards the next stage in our evolution, we need to maintain our position as an industry leader. We have grown rapidly over the past five years, and we want to build on that platform in a structured and sustainable way.”
Weil adds: “In a rapidly changing world, we continue to adapt and improve so that we can offer the best solutions to our clients. Charlie’s appointment supports our drive to improve how we work at TMF Group to grow our relationships with clients.”
