Proxymity, in conjunction with J.P. Morgan, have implemented Vote Connect Total in the UK and Netherlands.

The system is said to enhance accuracy, efficiency and transparency for clients engaged in the proxy voting process. Proxymity says that the solution will also facilitate new features such as real-time investor communications and post-meeting voting confirmation services.

The implementation comes after previous deployments of Vote Connect Total in Australia, New Zealand and Belgium, with the aim to assist UK investors and issuers with enhanced proxy voting solutions.

Hannah Elson, global head of custody at J.P. Morgan, comments: “Our partnership with Proxymity is a testament to the commitment and values we share in developing and delivering the best services possible to our clients. We look forward to building on our successes to date and maintaining our exceptional levels of client service”.

Co-founder and CEO at Proxymity, Dean Little, adds: “We are delighted to reinforce our successful partnership with J.P. Morgan, and celebrate the successful implementation of a seamless and fully digital proxy voting experience to the bank’s clients in the UK and Netherlands.”
