Fabrick, an Open Finance operating company, has partnered with TerraPay to facilitate the global expansion of the company's services.
The companies say that through this collaboration, businesses will be able to access Fabrick's enhanced Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform which will enable faster payments, enhanced security and reduced operational costs.
Fabrick will also be able to utilise TerraPay's global banking network to expand cross-border payments beyond the markets it currently serves in Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Paolo Zaccardi, CEO and co-founder of Fabrick, states: "This move signifies an important step forward in consolidating our presence in key international markets, enabling us to deliver a comprehensive suite of payment services."
Co-founder and chief business officer at TerraPay, Ani Sane, adds: "By combining our expertise in payment infrastructure with Fabrick’s innovative approach to banking services, we are poised to deliver our value proposition to help Italian and European enterprises and banks to streamline the complexity of cross border payments."
As part of the partnership, TerraPay will also join Fintech District, Fabrick's fintech network, which will provide the company access to a wide number of fintech and techfin companies.
