Linklaters has advised Investec Bank on a capital solution arrangement with Ares Management Alternative Credit funds.
The solution will provide Investec’s fund finance team with access to Ares’ capital and experience within the alternative investment management industry.
The solution also intends to help support the increasing demand for subscription line facilities across the mid-market and provide Investec clients with additional funding and capital. The firm says this will further expand its lending capacity across key UK and US markets.
