Clear Street bolsters UK leadership team

Financial technology firm Clear Street has strengthened its leadership team in the UK with a series of appointments.

The company states that these appointments aim to help achieve their mission of modernising the brokerage ecosystem.

Clear Street’s CEO Ed Tilly says: "Establishing a strong presence in the UK is a natural step in our global growth and the addition of these leaders is another major step as we activate our mission.”

Within execution, Phillip Hylander joins as managing director and Matthew Cyzer has been named as head of markets,

In equities, Stuart Holt has been named managing director for client distribution and strategy, and in sales trading, Luke Holmes has become managing director.

Finally, Tarquin Orchard has been appointed as global head of event-driven strategies.

Jacinda Fahey, CEO of Clear Street UK and Europe, adds: “We are building a sustainable business in the UK with scalable infrastructure to ensure we continue delivering innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. These leadership appointments reflect our dedication to hiring top-tier talent and driving long-term success."
