Nordnet Bank has implemented Broadridge's Shareholder Disclosure Hub, following its obligations under the updated Shareholder Rights Directive (SRDII).
Broadridge's Shareholder Disclosure Hub will enable Nordnet to meet its shareholder disclosure requirements under SRDII, whilst ensuring that data security is maintained for the company's operations in Sweden and other key European markets.
The company has started live operations today. Quincy Curry, director of securities brokerage at Nordnet, comments: “Through Broadridge’s technically advanced solution and the backing of its deeply knowledgeable market experts, we are confidently able to respond to shareholder identification requests accurately and securely."
