Maples Group has appointed Shohel Ali as vice president as it looks to expand its UK fiduciary services team.
With over 14 years of experience in the financial industry, Ali has expertise within the structured finance industry.
This tenure includes working on HSBC's securitisation desk for a number of years, and as a solicitor focusing on securitisation, fund finance, and structured real estate debt for a number of law firms,
