Societe Generale Securities Services in Italy has signed its second transfer agency agreement in as many weeks, with AllianceBernstein SICAV and AllianceBernstein FCP.
SocGen will act as local transfer agent, providing them with paying agent and investor relations management services with reference to investors located in Italy.
AllianceBernstein is an investment management firm, offering investment choices through Luxembourg-domiciled and locally registered funds in countries around the world.
Last week, SocGen was mandated by Mantex Sicav, a Luxembourg-registered open-ended collective investment fund.
