National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia’s central securities depository, and Interfax, have concluded an agreement on the provision of information services.

According to the signed document, NSD will receive from Interfax information about material facts disclosed by securities issuers in compliance with Russian law and will publish it on its official website in real time.

Customers will be able to receive all necessary information about issuers, their securities and corporate actions at NSD’s web site.
National Settlement Depository (NSD) is the central securities depository of the Russian Federation, a part of the Moscow Exchange Group. It was declared a central securities depository in November 2012.

Interfax is an information group in the Commonwealth of Independent States formed in 1989, when a group of journalists created an information agency that became the first non-state channel for the latest political and economic information about the USSR.

Today, Interfax provides political and economic news, fundamental and exchange data, professional solutions for risk-management, marketing, Investor Relations, and PR. The group includes a network of national, regional and industrial information agencies operating in Russia, in the territory of former Soviet Union and in China.

Among Interfax’s customers are Russia’s and foreign state agencies, companies and banks, participants of financial markets and investors, and leading Russian and international media.
