First Names Group has promoted Ben Newman to managing director of its Jersey trust and corporate business.
Newman previously served as client services director of First Names for five years. He will take over the managing director role from Mark Pesco, who has moved into another role within the group.
Prior to working at First Names, Newman held positions in trust and treasury management.
Morgan Jubb, CEO of the First Names, said: “I am delighted with Newman’s promotion and I have every confidence that he will continue to raise the bar and drive the business forward in Jersey.”
Newman commented on his new role: “I am looking forward to building on this to position First Names Group as the first choice when selecting a corporate services provider.”
