The International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) has unveiled as information repository for central clearing requirements of different jurisdictions for over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives.
The information will help IOSCO assist authorities in their rule making and help participants comply with the relevant regulations in the OTC derivatives market.
The repository will be updated quarterly and sets out central clearing requirements on a product-by-product level.
Information from the repository is for reference only and interested parties should refer to original version of the relevant laws and regulations.
