First Names Group has recruited Matt Haynes as its new group business development director in Jersey.
Haynes will assist with developing key client and intermediary initiatives and will oversee the group’s business development team.
He will report to Kevin O’Connell, who is commercial director at First Names.
Haynes joins First Names from Hawksford where he managed relationships with clients and intermediaries and served as the director of business development.
O’Connell commented on the appointment: “I would like to welcome Haynes to the group. His experience and broad skillset will be instrumental in the continued growth of the businesses.”
Haynes added: “I am looking forward to hitting the ground running and working closely with the teams across the group to strengthen and drive business development activity.”
