The central securities depositaries (CSDs) of Russia and Turkey have signed a memorandum of understanding, agreeing to cooperate and exchange information in the sphere of CSD services and development.
Russia’s CSD, the National Settlement Depository (NSD), and the Turkish CSD, Merkezi Kay?t Kurulu?u (MKK), will share developments on subjects like the use of e-proxy voting services during corporate actions processing.
The NSD also have CSD accounts with eight other countries including Kazakhstan and Armenia, and works with Clearstream and Euroclear Bank.
