CNB Bank has appointed Eric Johnson as vice president of wealth and asset management.
Johnson will be responsible for trust administration, as well as managing relationships with wealth and asset clients. He will also be involved with business development and estate planning.
He joined CNB with the management training programme in 2004. He worked in the wealth and asset management services division until 2010, when he became a trust officer. In 2012, he was promoted to assistant vice president of wealth and asset management.
Joseph Bower, president and CEO of CNB Bank, said: “We want to be the trusted advisor for all aspects of our client’s finances by taking the time to develop a thorough understanding of unique circumstances, financial goals, and objectives.”
Johnson has a masters of business administration from Saint Francis University, and is a certified trust and financial advisor, as designated by the Institute of Certified Banks, a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association.
In October, Johnson was named on Pennsylvania Business Central’s Foremost Under 40 list.
Bower added: “Eric’s expertise in the area of wealth and asset management combined with his desire to assist his clients in finding the right products and services has led to this much deserved promotion.”
