Peter Lees has stepped down from his role at F&C Investments and was replaced in January by Michael Ulrich and Tom Wilson.
Lees was director of the UK equities team and stepped down from running the £78.1 million portfolio.
F&C confirmed December 2014 that Ulrich and Wilson would take over as managers of the fund.
A spokesperson from F&C Investment commented: “Lees has resigned after nine years with the company. We wish him the best.”
