Trustee Executors Limited (TEL) has selected SS&C’s reporting solution, Pages, to support reporting for its 585,000 client accounts and $94 billion in assets.

TEL is New Zealand’s largest provider of third-party administration for financial services, and also offers trustee, custodial, investment accounting, unit pricing and registry services.

The mandate is intended to automate the production of communications, including quarterly investment reports, statements and self-service reporting access for fund managers and super funds.

It will reduce the need for manual intervention in reporting cycles, meaning increased operational efficiency and faster access to data for clients.

Rob Russell, executive director of Trustees Executors Limited, said: “Pages will allow us to optimise our reporting process and significantly reduce production times, thereby enhancing service and improving the user experience.”

He added: “When evaluating reporting and communications solutions, our team was extremely impressed with SS&C's flexibility, report personalisation, sophisticated and customisable workflow, and ability to integrate nicely with our existing SS&C HiPortfolio accounting solution.”

Christy Bremner, senior vice president for SS&C Institutional and Investment Management, commented: “Third party administrators are seeking technology solutions that materially enhance their operational efficiencies, customer service levels, and profitability.”

“SS&C’s enterprise reporting and web-based portal meets these strategic requirements.”
